why is one radiator cold

please help me one of my rads is also stone cold while the rest are hot. I've taken the rad off the wall and noted that the one pipe (the one with the heating control on it) doesn't so much as let the water flow but trickle. how can I solve this as its driving me mad

2 possibillities, firstly try turning off most of other rads, try bleeding cold rad. Is it hot at the bottom? If it is it needs bleeding. Could have an air lock, by turning off the other rads the pump will pump through better. Are the rad valves open on it?

If you have a thermo rad valve, it could be stuck.

The system may need balancing.

Worst case scenario need new pump.
