Hi folks: a little assistance, if you please!

I've just used WMP to rip some CD's onto the HDD.

The system did not add any details for the tracks, so I put them all in, only to find two things:

1. The track details were missing as if I had not entered them.

2. The three CD's I had ripped were all jumbled together under one "Unknown Album" title.

How can I separate the tracks into their original groups & save the track details?

How can I save or convert tracks ripped as MP3, rather than WMA?

Oh, and one more thing, please: how do you alter the destination drive for the saved tracks?

I want them on my external HDD, not Drive C:

Thanks in anticipation!!

Have a look at the video below Secures. I think it has most of the info you want.

I think you have a missing plug in for your player, and possibly your firewall prevents you downloading album art/detail because of this.

Mickey, thanks. I'm attempting a fix now.

Blas, thanks for the link, but I can't see anything!

Can you post the link here please?

EDIT: Sorry, I'm on the kid's terminal & K9 is blocking it......
