I've just fallen straight thru a floorboard in the lounge(it's riddled ), so I'll rip up all the floorboards and replace with chipboard panels, the joists look OK and there's no rot, what's the best woodworm spray to buy to put on the joists?

Don't use chip board, use floor boards or ply.
Are you sure it's wood worm and not dry rot.?
Check out the Cuprinol website they have a good treatment for woodworm, dry rot & wet rot.
