Worcester Bosch 240 engine rattling

my WB 240 combi boiler rattles constently, the sound only comes from the engine in the boiler. all pipes, radiators, pressure and HW are OK. just an annoying rattle in the actual pump

...i have bled the system. any other ideas?

need's an oil change

is it the deisel or petrol model

Possibly the motor cooling fan on the main fan has come loose. Corgi job to replace it.
