I can't remember what height the carcases are supposed to be set at to get the right height for the worktop. Can anyone refresh my memory?

What is the "right" height? For a 4'6" individual it might be lower than for a 6'9" individual. Just specify the height you want, and subtract 2". Job done.

There is a recomended height that is usually set by the kick boards.

ergonomic height is normally 900mm above finished floor. Therefore the height of the carcasses is dependent on the worktop thickness and what floor finish is underneath, ie if the floor is not tiled under the cabinets and the floor to be stood on will be then the 900 works from the tiled area. The kickboards dont govern the height, they are simply cut to suit after fitting.

Still what do i know?
