Worktops - Mitre / Butt / Mason Mitre?

Hi all

I have read through alot of worktop queries, so sorry for another, but I really would like a definitive answer on what kind of joint is recommend for '90 degree' angles?

I'm going to get someone in to do this, but I want to be crystal clear what I'm asking for.

What type of worktop? Laminate with post formed edge, solid wood with suqare edge or pencil round, any other material stone, corian, minerelle etc.

Sorry, I thought the forum section said it all.
Solid wood, oak. Rounded edge.

Yes small masons mtr is the way to do it

This section of the forum gets most of the kitchen questions hence asking what surface.
