Newbie question...

I've no idea about the correct terms so I'll make up as I go

Kitchen mixer tap consists of 4 parts; a base, 1 cold turn, 1 hot turn, 1 nozzle. The tap leaks between the nozzle and the base. However I've no idea how to take the think apart. It doesn't look like take the caps of the hot/cold would help me access the nozzle. Any ideas?

The o-ring sealing the spout to the base has gone. There might be a small grub screw at the back or ttry turning the spout 90 degrees and giving it a sharp yank up... be careful though.
