I work as an electrician in the steel industry and have passed the inspection and testing, 16th edition etc and have been working with a NIC registered electrician when doing house rewires etc. The only thing is is that he has moved away but ive still got to finish a house. I used to sign the work of myself and issue the test and inspection schedule and installation certificate. I am under the impression that I can no longer do this and be within the scope of the law. Can someone shed some light on this please. I dont fancy shelling out silly money if i dont need to!
Warmest regards
