Zafira No Drive form Engine opinions please clutch - gearbox

Hi All

My Zafira has just lost all drive to the wheels setting off from the traffic lights. It moved about 2ft and there was a muffled bang then no drive.
So my question is:
gearbox or clutch
It has a hydralic clutch so I'm pretty sure its not that.
So I would do it myself but the wife needs its on the road so its going to have to go to a repairer.
Anyone care to estimate a cost.

depends where you take it and where you are in the country, main dealer best but lots of £££££££££££

best bet ring round for qoutes, but compare like for like
