Machine was fine until wire from bra caught in drum, half way through cycle. Put machine on its side but could not get at wire. Lifted machine back up and found just enough end to pull wire out with pliers. Now does not work, but programmer does odd things.....

Programmer dial clicks through programmes fast until it reaches 'F' programme. then its fills up and starts to run through wash cycle.
Then it stops.
It does not empty at end of cycle.
It will empty if set to 'H' which is long spin programme, but will not spin, programme dial simply goes past that setting.
Tub rotates back and forth when in wash cycle.

Damage to wiring or programmer when you laid it on it's side?

Wouldn't suprise me if you've managed to get water into the timer.

Thanks. It appears that water leaked from the top filler hose and ran into the timer when the machine was on its side. Dried out with hairdryer and left overnight. Working good this morning.
