1) ALL OUR SHIPPING IS EITHER VIA ROYAL MAIL (3-5 DAYS WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) OR 24 HOUR COURIER (1-2 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT ON AN ITEM.

17) IF THE CUSTOMER SUSPECTS THE ITEM IS FAULTY THEY MUST FIRST CONTACT US.
18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
20) IN THE EVEN THAT THE ITEM IS FAULTY WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN COST PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

    Superb Battery.

    Bought this battery as my one had died after leaving it outside in my fishing tackle box so the element got to it ie: cold weather... I use this battery to power from the sun to charge battery while sea fishing and then once charged by the sun I use the battery with another cable to charge my phone fully many times and use for night lights to light up my area. Can usually use it for 7 hrs straight on a good charge. Would reccomend this battery and am thinking to buy another one soon...

    Very Poor Packaging

    Guys, the packaging here is totally inadequate. Un-inflated bubble wrap and a plastic bag. This has resulted in bashed corners to the product which for an item that includes acid, is a safety issue as well. As far as I can see, there is no leakage yet, but it may in the future.

    Good price, great delivery.

    Easy to fit, working as intermittent alarm no longer going off!

    Replaced my alarm control panel battery as it was 9 years old and going off intermittently driving me crazy. This battery is the same as the previous one so they seem to last a long time. Easy to fit. Low battery will cause the alarm to go off even though it is connected to the mains as well.
