Good quality and price

Potential risk of injury when unfolding or folding the ladder.
The Hatch frame and door are well made and easy to use, but in my opinion the ladder is dangerous to fold down and up. I am 6’4” and find it difficult to do, but my wife who is 5’4” really needs to use a ladder to get the ladder down or up, and runs the risk of seriously injuring herself. A few small changes to the design could make it slightly safer, but it would still be difficult for a shorter person to use.The Hatch frame and door are well made and easy to use, but in my opinion the ladder is dangerous to fold down and up. Loft hatch and stairs
This item is great quality and very good value, it also fits a smaller ceiling space as some are very large. Easy to fit my husband did it in 2 hours that’s with making the hatch hole larger too. excellent for what i needed a loft ladder that fits in a small space.
I found it very easy to fit and am extremely happy with the whole construction ,if any fault i could possibly find it would be the instructions being in a foreign language could be hard to follow .

Stiff but solid
7/10 in hardness to install for a loft ladder by one person. Once installed it is a bit awkward to fold the ladder back up. On the whole good quality and can take my weight plus my tools (16.5 stone)without moving or even a squeak. I would recommend
