The Henry Hoover PCB was has described. Extremely easily understandable instalation instructions with a great printed diagram to assist you. Only took a matter of minutes to fit and Henry now breathes again he is full of life and ready to work again. The price for the product was very reasonable and arrived before the promised delivery date. I would highly recommend this replacement part.

No getting away with this if you want your two speed to work. Its a delicate piece of kit to be inside a vacuum cleaner and the originals proved to be a little unreliable. They come in 2 and 4 terminal units so you will need to check your model before purchase. Take a phot of the old unit in place and study the drawing supplied with the new unit because incorrectly wired can cause the new fitting to fail and at around £20. 00 it can prove an expensive mistake. If you are not an advanced DIYer you may want to skip this job and pay for install

Many Henry's have a longstanding problem with the power PCB controller - faulty PCB cards can result in Henry's switching off, or sticking on low or high power, or not coming on at all. This redesigned (rather than original replacement) PCB fits into the internal slot and comes with instructions to simply slide the 4 coloured wires onto the PCB. YouTube has videos detailing this procedure. If you have a 2 speed Henry that is mis-behaving, this PCB card may well be the answer once you have checked internally that the problem is not due to faulty switches or loose contacts. Before ordering, check whether your Henry uses a 2 tag or 4 tag PCB, and check your model number carefully. Recommended.

Maybe I wired it up wrong (I don't think so), or it was the wrong part for the machine (maybe), or something else was broken (possibly), however this didn't work for me leaving the machine running only on the low power "eco" setting. So I did what I should have done in the first place: ripped out all the stupid electronics and wired the motor direct to the on/off switch so that it is now on permanent full power. For those in the same boat this is a five minute job with a pair of long-nosed pliers that will save you grief and money. Ironically we bought a new Henry in case this one couldn't be revived, and discovered that Numatic do exactly the same on their latest models!

This is an upgraded version of the original one that was in my Henry, so none of the problems. Easy to fit with a little knowledge on line and the wiring confirmed from the info off the suppliers site and good to go. The original board lasted eight years before it gave up, so this should last longer. I recommend this supplier and this board
