    Genuine seal

    Works brilliant, handy genuine seal and plastic retaining clip, seal has changed to a flexi silicone, far better than the original rubber, saves buying a complete toilet valve, and easily changed, turn water off, one turn of the quick release toilet flush valve mech, then just pry off the old plastic clip and old seal, all done in 5 mins and saves water

    Repeat in a few years. A Temporary fix.

    Lasted less than 2.5 years. The original lasted just under 3 years. Both I think are unacceptable. They are just not the best. I wish I could get one for the long term that is of better quality. You need to multibuy and keep them as spares ready to hand.

    Did the job, easy to fit.

    The seal supplied was the same size and fitting but was made from a white opaque silicone not rubber, so hopefully will be more resilient than the black rubber one.

    Works a treat so far

    Plumber told me I needed a whole new flush valve because water was leaking from cistern into bowl. Bought this replacement seal for a few quid and fitted it myself - problem solved! :) NB: only had it for a couple of months so time will tell, but seems good quality, official part.

    Perfect product for fixing the loo

    Excellent solution !!!!! for my toilet, water has been running from the cistern into the bowl for some time now, and on checking the rubber seal in the cistern had reduced in size by about 10mm, so replaced with this and solved the problem !!!!!
