I'm only a diy user but my son is a professional carpenter and he uses MAKITA because he needs tools that won't let him down so I thought if that's the case a MAKITA drill/driver would probably out last me, and so far everything I have seen confirms that, it's strong well built and comfortable to use, as drills go it's not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for.
