You are a danger to your customers and should not be doing this work.
I know you just want a simple answer, but that is not going to happen.
You are installing electrical circuits for a living, so the least you could do is actually make the effort to learn how to properly design and install circuits your self, rather than just guessing at it like you do now.
anybody help!
We are more than happy to help people learn on here, but what we will never do is encourage poeple to do work they are not competent to do.
The way you need to learn is by going on a course or two, and doing plenty of reading. By all means feel free to ask questions if there is something you don't understand, or you would like to learn about in more depth. The wrong way to do it is by having a go and learning by your mistakes. Unfortunatly in this industry, a mistake can easily result in death, injury or fire.
If we told you what size cable you needed to install for you pizza oven, would you be able to work out all the other things which need to designed into your installation?
Can you tell me what the supply type is? and what size main earth and MEBs are required for this supply type? Are these in place and the correct size?
What size is the existing supply, and is there sufficient capacity for the additional load?
Does the oven need a local isolator? how many poles does it need to have? What rating should it be? How close or far away from the oven should it be?
What temperature rating should the cable to the oven have?
What curve type does the MCB need? What kA rating does it need to be?
Does this installation require emergency switching?
Can you answer all these questions?
Oh, and we are not being ignorant or big headed or what ever. We trained up properly, and were competent to do the work before we started up on our own, rather than just having a go at it, putting peoples lives at risk.
