RCBO Wires

Hi,

Can the wires from an RCBO be cut to length for the consumer unit? There is too much lenght on the earth and neutral, also is there any reason why the neutral is coiled?

They can be cut to length but will be best terminated with some form of ferrule on them as they are fine stranded.

The N is not coiled for any particular reason as far as I am aware.

but they are very bulky and prob best cut to easy lenth

Don't cut them so short that you wouldn't be able to move it anywhere along the busbar.
