Call it off on the massive probability that she is no-longer alive.

We all know what it's like when the media and/or the police/authorities get a hobby horse. Isn't it about time they rolled out the Stephen Lawrence bandwagon again.

It depends. If a good chunk of that 11 mil has gone towards detecting/solving larger paedophile criminals/crimes, then mebbe it is money well spent. Perhaps they are using the words Maddie investigation as a spearhead for a larger investigation.
However, I do agree that searching for her alone seems to be a fruitless money wasting exercise. Can't blame the parents for trying though.

I don't often agree with Joe, but, you have to look at why so much ( allegedly ) money is being spent on looking for Maddie? What is the reasoning behind this?
