That explains it then...I honestly don’t know any 'yoofs' that have gone to Europe for work, fun or life changing experiences.

A third of UK seasonal jobs in ski resorts and summer activity holidays have disappeared because of fears over Brexit, research shows.
Many are looking at closing down, he says, threatening a £16bn contribution to Britain’s economy, £1bn of which goes directly to the Exchequer in tax receipts.
Dan Fox, the managing director of Ski Weekends, said the EU had “brought us the most incredible benefits of freedom of movement of our staff, transport and resources”, and holidaymakers had benefited because of the explosion in small companies able to offer a diverse range of holidays.

There’s roughly 195 countries in the world at the moment and you’re worrying about just 27 of them. Anyone would think that you consider Europe the be all and end all of everything. I spent over a year working abroad and it wasn’t in Europe. This might encourage young people in the UK to broaden their horizons and actually travel instead of just popping next door.
High Tech skills are in short supply and it was so easy to recruit people from the EU. Now we will have to jump through hoops but speaking to a few EU contractors many of them said they feel the mood has changed so even if we gave them an uplift they may not return.
So looks like less work being completed in the UK and more in the EU - all those tax receipts gone.
Madness.
You must have a different experience, we don't and haven't really enagaged EU contractors for yonks, theyre mainly from India, Thailand, china, ukraine, no problems for us on that front.
In what area is that?
Brexiteers are traitors. And another full of hubris
