Thanks to all. The problem has been resolved. It was simple and just needed to reset the system.

Hi there I have the most annoying and comlicated boiler .... potterton powermax HE. It has recently been displaying E03 error on display.....that is (flow temp. abnormally high) and doesn't work. It doesn't lock out though. Only displays E03 after the burner starts and the temp. rises to 93C...
