Hello I think i have found the trouble: well this little arm float, where it hinges, if you take the arm off and look at that end of the arn there is a small round rubber that is partly hollow one end, at the other of this rubber it's solid rubber, when i looked at it the solid part i found it...

Hi. I have a problem with the Quiet ballvalve on the toilet. (3 years old) I flush the toilet and the water continues when cistern is full, Even when i hold up the little arm valve! It started to day when flushed. Are there any any advice ?. Many thanks 321
