alpha ocean no hot water
can anyone help with any simple checks (I am not an engineer but an intelligent DIY'er) that I can make before calling in an engineer. my alpha ocean 240E will not supply hot water - the central heating is working fine - the selection switch is set to both central heating and hot water supply...- 61939

pilot light
On careful examination it's the one without a pilot light so I guess it's not as simple as it seemed at first - it does not fire when water or heating is turned on - I am of the opinion that i should call in the engineer !!!! Many thanks for your reply- 61939

can anybody help me get my 240E combi up and running again the pilot light has gone out - is there a simple button to create a spark or must I pay for an engineer call out??- 61939
