    Recently a whistling sound has started up when a hot water tap is turned on. it commences after 30 seconds or so, the same when someone has a shower (and uses hot water).     Hi Kbdiy The room stat is operating ok, calls for heat and triggers the boiler and motorised valve is working ok. It's a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i condenser I believe. thanks

    No central heating?

    Morning all Boiler is working and giving us hot water but none of the radiators are warming up. The pipes are hot under the boiler and in the airing cupboard but nothing at the rads. Valves are all open, pressure is OK so I'm thinking it could be sludge but don't fancy a hefty powerflush...
