Open vented central heating system. grundfos pump one motorised two way valve. Drained system and refilled to fit new pump. Radiators upstairs working, downstairs working too. Slowly downstairs rads go cold. Turned off upstairs rads, still no heat to downstairs.Opened upstairs rad valves...

:evil: Drained the system, replaced grundfos pump, refilled system. Continued build up of air and airlocks since. Have tried draining and refilling system without success. Tried different pump settings. Very small continuous air bubbles escape when draining system. Any ideas I'm really stuck!
