hi,i have a problem with my heating system getting warm when domestic hot water is in use,on reading the forums this could be down to the diverter valve.could this also cause a gradual loss in heating pressure?

thanks baxpoti it is ready for annual service,but thought it could be something more serious like pcb which i could change myself rather than pay the £200 it cost me last time.
