Hi, do u have details on how to contact gainsborough? i have 3000x shower , that has always had problem.....temp adjustment works but not ok... on low setting all adjustments too cold, on medium setting , temp goes up to 4 or 5 lights, too hot on all settings, on high ...too hot when adjusting...
