Thanks for the advice. I talked it over with the roofer and he agreed after considering the mold.

Condensation has been forming due to in improper installation of insulation. It is touching the plywood and preventing air flow. My roofer is suggesting to build a roof on top of it and create a 2 " space to allow air flow. He is also planning on leaving the existing plywood in place. He says...
