The problem is ... you have a vokera boiler..

The magnaclean will collect deposits of loose iron oxide (black sludge) as it passes through it. If your boiler is kettling it will not solve the problem. If the boiler is old then a replacement would be a wise investment otherwise a 'powerflush' with some de-scaling chemical done correctly...
