So next question, my main aim here is to save a bit of energy as I could quite easily still pick up a replacement fluorescent strip and put that in. If I just put a LED tube in with the existing fitting would that be as energy efficient as a complete new LED unit?
I like the idea of the panels but the existing fitting is at the top of the wall and not on the ceiling so I would need extra wire and possibly trunking if i went down the panel route, plus i crave an easy life :)
Got an old 4ft fluorescent light in my utility room thats pretty much died. I want to get rid and put a LED batten up. My question is can i connect the new LED directly to the wires that the current fluorescent is connected to once i've removed it?
Hi, we had a smart meter fitted today which meant the electric needed to be off and the amber fault triangle appeared on the panel. So I know what caused it but I have no idea how to turn it off. I've reviewed the logs and it says mains failure. Can anyone tell me how to clear it please?
