We have lift off! Thanks lads- i can now have a shower!!

The pressure has dropped to below 1 and the booklet tells me the system needs recharging?? What do i do!!? There doesn't seem to be a leak anywhere. If someone has already asked this questions- apologies. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
