The pump is running all the time, weather its on CH or HW. It just won't fire up. The fan will run if I put power to it. I have had to replace the small PCB in it, a resistor had been getting over hot. The sensors on the boiler appear to be working. Am I looking at replacing the big PCB.

The problem could lie with the pressure gauge itself, its a common problem, showing the wrong pressure. Also the safety valve may not be seating properly and your pressure may be escaping outside. Both the above problems I've had.
