Spun by hand sounds fine. Turns easily and makes no noise.

We have a two year old Bosch Classixx 1200 front loading washing machine which from time to time puts dirty looking, dark grey marks on the washing. They are streaks or tide-like marks and are pretty hard to remove. What could be causing them? Any ideas would be appreciated. Have tried...
