    you can fill the holes with fiberglass type filler and sand when dry.you will also need to put something behind hole to hold the filler till it dries I personaly think its cheaper to buy new doors.

    you can replace rollers on most doors take it out of the track and see if the rollers are replaceable,if so go to hardware store to get new ones.

    sloted screws went out years ago no point in using them now,every one uses philips heads,you can buy ones that will stip the head of your screwdriver,not the screw.

    yes you can drill holes in glass,most hardware stores will have proper bit

    you can find almost any router bit you want in most hardware stores.There are millions.

    I would not like to drill concrete with a cordless as they dont have the grunt,USe electric generator to get power there and use electric drill with a masonary bit.

    Which saw?

    depends on what you want to cut .for wide sheets go for table saw,for general cutting and mitres buy a radial arm saw.They do almost every thing.There are many types around.

    A belt sander or a sheet sander?

    you can sand small corners with orbital sander or corner sander made for the job,I dont really like belt sandres as they tend to dig in to much and make bumps,I realy prefer to plane.
