Maybe I'll get a 'proper electric man' in for the electric stuff. I'd still like to put the conduit in though - is there anything more to it than digging out some plaster, putting in the conduit and then tiling over it?

The pump is part of the shower unit itself so will be 'in' the shower (above the bath). It's a Triton Thermostatic Power Shower - similar to the as2000xt - http://www.bathroomskitchens.co.uk/view_product.php?id=233
