Thanks all. By lowering the float and tightening and playing around with the blue nut it seems to have fixed it.

Thanks Jeff, but even if I lift the float valve but hand to the position which should stop water coming out, the water just continues to flow.
I'm not sure if you can see from the photos, but the watering coming out into the plastic siphon sock...
Anyone got any ideas?

Toilet won't stop filling after replacing the whole float valve/water inlet part. Replaced as the toilet was refilling really slowly.

It would store tools, lawn mowers etc, the general stuff the missus doesn't want in the under stairs cupboard.
So you would go for a wooden shed?

Probably a stupid few questions but I just wanted to make sure I do it correct.
I want to add a metal shed to my garden so will need to create a concrete base first.
I've attached some photos for you so you can see, there's a mix of gravel and brick base at the moment...

Hi, new home owner in need of some advice.
I want to insulated my suspended floor. Can I simply put loft insulation between the joists as shown in the photo, supported by galvanised wire netting which would be stapled to the under side of the joists?
Would this cause any rot...
