Hi all,
I ordered a techflow positive pump and the supplier sent out a negative. its twice the price, and in the future i plan on converting the loft.
my question is can i use the negative pump even though its a positve tank?
thanks

Not at all,
Its a low height ceiling, understairs. the radiator only just fits. the pipes had to come from ceiling so with restricted room it was easier to run flow at top and return down the inside wall and to the bottom. you don't actually see more than 4" of pipe either end
i Have just installed a towel radiator,
feed is at top and flow return is at bottom.
top is geting nice and hot, and cold at bottom any ideas??
the top feed comes straight from ceiling, and the flow return comes from ceiling and enters the bottom of the rad.

That's not worked, and boiler has cut out. The pump became louder. Is it possible that the pump is no longer working efficently?
I really apreciate your help
Ok thanks. It's circulating now, but have 2 radiators getting no heat. The rest are nice and hot. Would this pipe solve that problem?
You see it's already been power flushed once. As the system had no inhibited in it. I also think it needs to all be balanced
Ok I will have a look, as it is I can see the pump but fear the pipe u mentioned joins under the floor board.
So I am looking to just replace the vent pipe? Can I not just flush that pipe by undoing it and running a hose through it?
Thanks
This section,
would it be by the cylinder. I can see 3 pipes one they all join up to a diverter.
Thanks for your advice, I turned down pump to one and it's now trying to heat.
Not sure if this still means there is a blockage
thanks to you all for your time

I put the hose pipe in the tank and pushed it against the outlet. It then gave me pressure on all rads.
I had tried from the drain offpoint without luck!
