Buy an electric scraper about £30 place it on a tile edge and press the trigger (place some cloth material in the bath) those tiles will just pop of that wall. Then just take off the tile adhesive with the scraper and retile - can also be used to cut rebates in door frames etc.

Whats the problem using x-tex eco solutions Artex remover. You don't have to sand or scrape it of just paint over the artex & when its softened any asbestos is encapsulated inside the x-tex solution . :)
