Thank you. Yes found that one out - actually was set to 3/5 so have put it up to 4/5. Water definitely hotter so hopefully should extend shower time given she should need less of the hotter stuff. 20 mins ... doh! (facepalm)

Hi I am about to find someone to service our megaflo unvented system and boiler. We feel that there are a couple of problems 1. the water does not feel as hot as it should, I can easily let it run over my hands (boiler set to max) and 2. wife cant have a 20 minute shower without the hot water...
