    Many thanks for taking the time to reply. The underlay is a breathable Klober Perme Forte and it says on the comapany website that it should have an layer of protection at the eaves because of ultra violet light. Mine doesn't and I'm PANIC stricken!! Any further advice/ reassurance...

    I had a new roof fitted 18 months ago. Where the underlay hangs into the gutter there is no UV protection. How important is this? Is it possible to fit one now the roof has been fitted? Any advice would be appreciated.
