Thanks for that
That sounds like what is it alright.
My fear was a leak
So at the minute the problem does not warrant the repair, but at least I understand the noise now...I was unable to recreate this morning so the expanding and contradicting esp when the missus uses the shower makes sense
Hi,
So in my ensuite when the shower is on,tap is on or toliet is fushed I can sometimes hear like a banging creaking or dripping noise.
I have no signs of water on any ceiling or anything else that would indicate a leak, although what else could it be?

Hi,
I currently have an old Firebird 50/90 oil boiler..does the job heats the house well.
However it is located inside the utility room, pump to the right and flue straight out through the back wall....I would like to upgrade to a more efficient boiler and position it outside to save some space...
Thanks for the replies....2 double pole switches it is.
I only have one roof tile vent available the other is used as watse vent so rather than install another roof tile vent it is easer to install 2 double pole switches as suggested. I heard of this configuration before
I didn't wire the timer in, the bathroom is seldom used and I end up leaving the light and fan on for a while. the issue is when the bathroom is un used for a period of time and the air becomes stale
its a manrose MF100T, it runs everytime I use the bathroom and I usually let it run for a while after. I suppose the staleness is there when it hasn't run for a while.
I'm just wondering would a run of ducting to the sofit provide some fresh air or additional inline fan sucking fresh in be of...
Hi,
Looking for some advice on an ensuite bathroom, all internal wall and no window.
Currently have a decent inline extractor fan installed venting through a roof vent tile, however there is still quite an annoying staleness to the air in the bathroom especially if hasn't been used for a while...
Hi,
I want to wire an inline extractor fan to extract 2 bathrooms, extractor comes on with light switch. Can anyone provide the wiring diagram to prevent back feed for the light into the other bathroom, I think a relay is required?
thank you
ok thanks, not sure on the returns policy so I would like to try and get this one to fit and I like the hidden pipework, but good to know I still have options
I would say that was the exact reason, I suppose I will have to line it up tomorrow see how it look and than make that decision, or like you say I have exhausted my options for a close coupled toilet if the positioning doesn't look right, thanks
