My jet dry says to fill dispenser, replace cap, and wipe up any spills. Yet, as soon as i close the door the jet dry spills out anyway. One of the parts sites i found says that this machine (a Kenmore Ultra Wash) does not need an O ring in the cap, so that shouldn't be the problem.
