They are like the castors I fitted. Not big enough probably due to the weight in the bookcase and a soft linoleum floor. Maybe I'm not strong enough! The bookcase isn't that mobile when empty though.

I have some IKEA "Billy" bookcases to which I would like to add wheels, if practical. The 4 verticals are made of 9cm x 2cm softwood. I bodged some castors on to one bookcase, but castors are too small. (I trust that 'bodge' is an accepted technical term) :lol:
