Thank you JB1970 very helpful, that confirms that they haven't put a dual tech in the conservatory. I will get the company to fit a wireless one for my conservatory but not sure which one to get, I have seen that the kx12dt and the kx10dtp both are dual tech, not sure the difference or which one...

would anybody know how I would check which pir I have? I know I need kx12dt-we which is a dual tech for my conservatory but with all the problems I have had with the engineers it would not surprise me if they haven't put a dual tech pir in, which means I could have problems when the winter comes.
