    Can an expansion vessel be fitted to a radiator pipe under the floor? Can't find any mention of this method but it has been sugested as an alternative to the kitchen wall above the boiler. Have been told it is better to fit an external one as will last longer. It is an Ideal Isar HE30. Thanks.

    Have been told by service enginer I need a new expansion vessel for my Ideal Isar HE30 and it has to be fitted externally. Can someone please tell me if this is true? Have been told they can't get and fit replacement inside boiler. I don't want a large red thing in my kitchen.
