Hi, Bought new gas fire + mdf surround, granite backing and hearth. Local Gas Safe guy has quoted £350 to take out old gas fire (B&Q jobby), replace the flue, put new gas fire in and bury a Gas pipe that is coming out of the side of the chimney. Thought this was a fair price but not really...

Actually, I can now answer my own question. I looked at the instructions for a Bosch SDS + drill and that had a similar warning.
