I have a sime planet super 4 WM that every so often, about every fortnight goes mad all the lights light up and the 2.5 bar light flashers red.( like Blackpool illuminations) :? There is no water coming out of the PRV, i've had the expansion vessel changed and the system has been set to 1 bar...

Ive had this before with a baxi boiler and found it to be the fan. You could also check the boiler case seal for damage/incorrect sealing and the seal around the flue.
