It could be leaking from the PRV. Check outside below the location of the boiler if its on an outside wall. Look for a stub of 15mm copper pipe and see if its dripping. Are you bleeding the rads often? Check around your rad valves for leaks. Must be leaking from somewhere. Do you have...

Flow not even managing to get hot. Near enough cutting out straight away as it seems the h/e is being cleared of water leaving the air to shut off the flow sensor. Then when the boiler and pump cut off the h/e fills back up with water.

Hi. Its on s plan. will not work or stay on when on both. Heating 2 port valve is working and operating as normal. Its like the circulation it emptying the heat exchanger of water then when the boiler / pump stop it re fills up again. Cheers.
