Just had an extension built and the floor level is below dpc,the council did not seem to be interested.The builder said it was because my old dpc was at a different level,as a result the floor slopes about 45mm over 3m.

The hot water supply on my bath and sink are slowing up and it occurs to me there is a blockage on the boiler filter but nowhere in the boiler manual is there any mention at all of a filter.I have read there is one somewhere,but where? I would imaging a filter would be in a straightforward place...
