Thankyou john, my house only 2 years old so guessing its a cheaper way, as with everything else!!!!

The hoses that go into the wall from each side of the radiator are bendy , if radiator wasnt on the wall then they would reach down to near the floor but as radiator on the brackets they are curled from hole in the wall, which is central, to either side the radiator, so pretty flexible i guess . :)

It was something to that affect bernardgreen! Horse now at the other end of the room! There will be no repeat as it was a total accident and she was horrified and very upset by what she had done! All i care about now is the condition if the radiator, im guessing as nothing obvious is leaking or...

Thanks, i put it straight back on brackets last night as soon as it happened. Would leak be immediate if damage was done? Thanks for your reply :)

Hi, i am clueless about all things radiator. Last night my daughter managed to knock the radiator off it's brackets with her rocking horse. It came clean off both sets of brackets and landed on the horse rather than right to the floor. The radiator has two flexible hoses one either end that go...
