My back-boiler (Baxi Bermuda 552) has stopped firing-up when I switch the timer to ON. Pilot is on and the small lights for CH and HW come on when I switch-on the timer, but I can't hear any gas coming through. Any ideas?

Our washing machine (Zanussi FLE1216W) has just stopped heating the water. Whilst washing, if you touch the glass it feels freezing cold and when you remove the washed clothes they feel cold (usually warm). Does this mean that it needs a new heater element? If so can someone tell me a good...
